I'm a clinical psychologist with over two decades of experience helping individuals and couples navigate challenges related to intimacy, identity, and connection. My work draws from a rich blend of psychotherapy, psychosexual therapy, and relationship-focused approaches—including training from The Couples Institute, Gottman Institute, The Tools® and RIE®. I serve discerning individuals and couples elegantly navigating the emotionally complex transition into life beyond career and child-rearing. The name Five Windows was inspired while touring the Ghetto Ebraico di Venezia in the Cannaregio district of Venice.  Buildings with five windows, representing the five books of the Torah, signified a synagogue. These unassuming exteriors concealed ornate, masterfully crafted and culturally rich spaces steeped in history and legacy within—a powerful metaphor for the discretion, internal beauty, complexity and devotion I see in long-term committed relationships. This image has stayed with me as a symbol of the sacred space couples create together over time.

I created Five Windows as an intimate, curated environment to engage with others seeking not just insight, but elevated conversation, emotional sophistication, and continued growth. A View Into What’s Next isn’t just a tagline—it reflects my commitment to offering tailored resources for relationships in evolution, at a stage of life where authenticity, meaning and legacy matter more than ever.
